Xiaomi reopens its Jem and Suntec City stores with a refreshed look and launches promotions to celebrate its 15th anniversary in Singapore.

Xiaomi has announced the reopening of its refreshed stores at Jem and Suntec City Mall in Singapore, scheduled for 12 and 13 April. The updates aim to deliver an enhanced shopping experience, with improvements in both design and service. Shoppers will also be able to explore a wider range of Xiaomi’s latest innovative products and lifestyle offerings.

To mark the occasion, the two stores will offer exclusive reopening promotions. Customers can enjoy 50% off the Xiaomi MIX Flip, originally priced at S$1,449.00, and the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+, previously S$583.50. Only five units of each product will be available at these special prices per day. Additionally, those purchasing the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will receive a complimentary Redmi Pad SE (8GB+256GB) worth S$269 and have the option to add on a Photography Kit for just S$99, while stocks last.

Celebrations for Xiaomi’s 15th anniversary

The store reopenings coincide with Xiaomi’s 15th anniversary celebrations, running until 30 April. Shoppers visiting any Xiaomi store in Singapore or shopping online at mi.com, Shopee, and Lazada can enjoy a wide range of discounts and promotions. Although the discounts apply across all channels, free gifts may differ depending on where the purchase is made.

In-store customers are eligible for special perks during the Xiaomi Fan Festival. Shoppers who spend at least S$200 will receive a free coffee cup, while those spending S$300 and above can redeem a free sling bag, subject to availability.

Key highlights include up to S$200 off the Xiaomi MIX Flip and special gifts for customers who purchase the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20, who can choose between a complimentary Mop Pad or Brush Cover.

Promotion highlights across products

Between 4 and 30 April, Xiaomi is offering a variety of promotions across smartphones, tablets, and wearables. Smartphone offers include the Xiaomi 15 Ultra (16GB RAM, 512GB ROM) at S$1,699, with the option to purchase the Photography Kit for an additional S$99. The Xiaomi 15 (12GB RAM, 512GB ROM) is available for S$1,199 and comes with a complimentary Xiaomi Band 9 Pro. The Xiaomi MIX Flip (12GB RAM, 512GB ROM) is priced at S$1,299.

Other smartphone deals feature the Xiaomi 14T Pro with two storage options: 12GB RAM with 1024GB ROM for S$969 or 12GB RAM with 512GB ROM for S$869. Both options come with a free Xiaomi Band 9 Pro.

Tablet deals include the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro (Matte Glass Version) with 12GB RAM and 512GB ROM at S$729, bundled with a free cover. A standard version of the Xiaomi Pad 7 with the same specifications is available at S$699, while the Xiaomi Pad 7 (8GB RAM, 256GB ROM) is priced at S$499. The Redmi Pad Pro 5G (8GB RAM, 256GB ROM) can be purchased for S$489, and the Redmi Pad SE (8GB RAM, 256GB ROM) is priced at S$229.

In the wearables category, from 4 to 20 April, promotions include the Redmi Buds 5 Pro at S$66, the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo at S$139, the Xiaomi Band 9 Pro at S$89, and the Redmi Watch 5 Lite at S$54.60. Additionally, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ is offered at S$519, and the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20 at S$209, with the option to choose a free Mop Pad or Brush Cover.

Online-only deals

For those shopping online at mi.com, Shopee, or Lazada, exclusive promotions are available until 20 April. Shoppers can find the Xiaomi TV Max 85 2025 for S$2,499 with a free Xiaomi Soundbar 2.0 UK S22V included. The larger Xiaomi TV Max 100 2025 is priced at S$3,599 and also comes with the same soundbar.

Additional online TV promotions feature the A32 model at S$199 and the A 2025 55-inch TV at S$529. In the smart camera range, the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200 is available at S$32.90, while the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual EU is priced at S$79.
