Xiaomi relocates its service centre in Singapore and launches its ninth exclusive store

Xiaomi relocates its service centre to Lavender Street and celebrates the opening of its ninth store at Parkway Parade with special promotions.

Xiaomi has recently relocated its service centre to a new, more accessible location at 229 Lavender Street, Singapore 338778, moving from its previous spot in Funan Mall. The new site boasts an entrance directly facing the main road, ensuring ease of access for both drivers and users of public transport. It is conveniently positioned near two MRT stations, Bendemeer and Lavender, and will operate from Tuesday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

At its new address, Xiaomi’s service centre continues to offer comprehensive technical support for its entire range of products. Whether customers need assistance with smartphones, AIoT devices, or smart home and lifestyle products, the service centre is equipped to handle all inquiries and technical issues, provided the items were purchased in Singapore.

In addition to the service centre’s relocation, Xiaomi is excited to announce the opening of its ninth exclusive store, located at Parkway Parade. This new outlet allows customers to immerse themselves in the full range of Xiaomi’s AIoT products, along with the latest smartphones and smart home devices.

To mark the occasion, Xiaomi is rolling out special discounts and attractive promotions during the opening weekend from April 26 to April 28, 2024. The first 10 customers will have the opportunity to purchase the 75-inch Mi TV Q1 for just S$1,699, a significant reduction from the usual price of S$2,699. Moreover, these customers will also receive a complimentary Nintendo Switch on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

Xiaomi’s efforts to enhance the customer experience through convenient service locations and the expansion of its retail presence underscore the company’s commitment to user satisfaction and market expansion in Singapore.
