Square Enix announces PC specs for Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth

Square Enix reveals PC specs for Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, offering tailored settings from basic 1080p to 4K visuals with NVIDIA RTX 50 upgrades.

Square Enix has unveiled the PC requirements for Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth alongside an exciting new trailer. The trailer highlights three tailored graphics presets to cater to a wide range of players, whether youโ€™re aiming for basic gameplay or the ultimate visual experience.

Minimum requirements: Ready to start

Youโ€™ll need at least an 8th Gen Intel Core i3-8100 processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card to run the game at its most basic level. With this setup, you can expect to achieve around 30 frames per second (fps) at 1080p resolution with Low graphics settings. This option is ideal if youโ€™re looking to dive into the game without upgrading your current system.

For a more immersive experience at 60fps and 1080p resolution, Square Enix recommends using an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or higher. This setup ensures a smoother and more visually engaging adventure through the world of Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth.

Max settings: A feast for the eyes

If youโ€™re after the ultimate gaming experience with 4K resolution and max graphics settings, youโ€™ll need a powerhouse setup. The minimum requirement for this level includes an Intel Core i7-10700 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card. This will allow you to experience the vibrant details of characters like Tifa and Aerith in their full pixelated glory.

Consider upgrading with NVIDIAโ€™s RTX 50 Series

Suppose Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth or other demanding titles like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle have you considering a PC upgrade. In that case, you may want to watch NVIDIAโ€™s upcoming GeForce RTX 50 Series. This new lineup, launching in February, includes the powerful RTX 5090 and the more affordable RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 models. With these cards, youโ€™ll be prepared to handle even the most graphically demanding games with ease.

Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth promises a stunning experience for PC gamers, no matter your setup. With these tailored graphics options, thereโ€™s a way for everyone to join the adventure, from casual players to hardcore enthusiasts.
