Smart makes its electric comeback to Singapore with the #1 Pro+ and #1 Brabus

Smart re-launches the electric #1 Pro+ and #1 Brabus in Singapore with appealing early bird prices, now available at Vivocity.

Smart is making a grand return to Singapore, introducing the Smart #1 Pro+ and Smart #1 Brabus ahead of their official release later in the year.

Smart’s dedication to compact urban vehicles

Historically known for the compact city car, the Smart continues this tradition with its latest offerings, perfectly tailored for city life. The Smart #1 models are compact, all-electric crossover SUVs, comparable in size to the BYD Dolphin and Hyundai Kona Electric. The lineup includes two models: the #1 Pro+ and the #1 Brabus.

The #1 Pro+ may be the standard model, but its capabilities are far from basic. It features rear-wheel drive and a powerful electric motor that delivers 268 horsepower, allowing it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. It is equipped with a 66 kWh battery, providing a range of more than 400 km.

The #1 Brabus, on the other hand, boasts dual motors and all-wheel drive, ramping up the power to 422 hp and slashing the 0-100 km/h time to just 3.9 seconds. It includes a tuned chassis and larger brakes to manage this extra power, along with interior enhancements that signal its special status. Despite the power boost, it maintains the same 66 kWh battery, offering a similar range.

Both models offer fast charging capabilities, supporting up to 150 kW, which can recharge the battery from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes. Inside, both models feature a 9.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a large 12.8-inch infotainment display. The #1 Brabus adds a touch of sportiness with an Alcantara steering wheel and metal pedals.

Updated pricing and availability as of April 23, 2024

The Smart Pro+ and Brabus are now officially on sale in Singapore and can be viewed and purchased at Vivocity. Initially, they are being offered at special prices of S$207,000 and S$242,000, respectively, inclusive of the Certificate of Entitlement (COE). These introductory prices are available for the first 20 units only.

After the initial 20 units are sold, the prices for the Smart #1 Pro+ and #1 Brabus will revert to their original figures of S$240,888 and S$275,888, respectively, inclusive of COE.

These models are showcased at Vivocity until April 28. Additionally, a dedicated Smart showroom will open on Level 3 of the Mercedes-Benz Centre in the second half of the year.

This reintroduction of Smart’s electric vehicles provides an exciting opportunity for urban drivers, coupled with enticing early bird prices, making a visit to Vivocity worthwhile to check out these innovative vehicles.
