Samsung opens three new experience stores in Singapore

Samsung opens three new experience stores in Singapore, offering hands-on experiences with the latest tech innovations.

Samsung Electronics Singapore has exciting news for you. They have opened three new Samsung Experience Stores (SES) in partnership with OTTNO, a consumer electronics reseller. This expansion brings the total number of SES in Singapore to 12, with even more planned for the future.

New stores at prime locations

The new stores are located at Changi Airport Terminal 2 (Departure Area), Compass One (Sengkang), and Junction 8 (Bishan). This means you now have more opportunities to experience Samsungโ€™s latest products firsthand. The stores feature popular items such as the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 series, the Galaxy ZFlip6, the Galaxy Fold6, the latest Galaxy Watch Ultra, and the Galaxy Watch7.

The SES at Changi Airport Terminal 2 spans approximately 1,379 square feet and includes a bespoke accessory wall. This location is perfect for travellers, offering tax-free purchases within the departure hall. It’s a great spot to visit before your flight for some last-minute shopping.

Like all SES locations, the new stores at Compass One and Junction 8 will showcase the latest Samsung products. They also offer in-person, one-to-one consultations to enhance your shopping experience and provide support.

Partnering with OTTNO

OTTNO has been appointed Samsung Singaporeโ€™s new SES partner, aiming to become one of the company’s biggest resellers. This partnership promises a richer in-store experience.

Brenda Nai, Operations Manager for OTTNO SES, said, “These stores serve as an experiential touchpoint for customers who prefer to learn more about Samsungโ€™s products in-store and in person. We have deliberately designed an experience in consultation with Samsung to bring the brandโ€™s innovation to life, making it relatable to everyday consumersโ€”especially in the age of AI.”

Hands-on experiences and AI features

All three stores offer hands-on experience with Samsung’s latest products. You can try out the Galaxy AI features, which include Live Translate for understanding different languages and Photo Assist to help you create perfect pictures using AI technology.

Whether you are a tech enthusiast or just curious about the latest gadgets, these new Samsung Experience Stores provide a unique opportunity to explore and learn about Samsungโ€™s cutting-edge innovations.
