Oppo unveils Pad 3: Its slimmest tablet with a nano-texture matte screen

Discover the Oppo Pad 3, the thinnest tablet with a glare-reducing matte display, advanced features, and exclusive launch offers in Singapore.

has launched its latest tablet, the Pad 3 Matte Display Edition, in Singapore. It features a sleek design and innovative features. The Pad 3 is Oppo’s thinnest tablet, measuring just 6.29mm, making it slimmer than leading competitors like the Apple iPad Pro (5.3mm) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (5.6mm).

Here’s what makes this new release stand out.

A screen designed for comfort and clarity

The Oppo Pad 3 is the brand’s first product to feature a nano-texture anti-reflective matte display, dramatically reducing glare by up to 97%. This innovation aims to deliver a more paper-like experience, making reading, writing, and sketching easier on the eyes. This feature is built into the device at no extra cost, setting it apart from competitors like Apple, which charges $150 for similar functionality on select iPad Pro models.

This screen technology complements the tablet’s 11.6-inch LCD, which offers a sharp resolution of 2,800 x 2,000 pixels for an immersive viewing experience.

Advanced performance and cross-platform compatibility

Under the hood, the Pad 3 runs on the Dimensity 8350 chipset, developed in with MediaTek for optimised performance. This chipset also powers Oppo’s Reno13 series smartphones, ensuring top-notch performance for multitasking, entertainment, and productivity.

What’s unique about the Pad 3 is its cross-platform sharing capabilities. Thanks to the O+ Connect feature, you can seamlessly share content between the tablet and Apple devices like iPhones and iPads, making it the first Android tablet to offer such compatibility.

The device also includes a range of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity:

  • Document Summary: Simplifies long texts.
  • AI Rewrite: Refines content by expanding, shortening, or adjusting writing styles.
  • Document Translation: Offers instant on-screen translations.
  • AI Assistant for Notes: Organises memos into structured documents.

The Oppo Pad 3 Matte Display Edition comes with:

  • 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, providing ample space for apps, files, and media.
  • Dual 8MP cameras (rear and front), suitable for video calls and capturing photos.
  • A powerful 9,520mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging, allowing quick recharges to keep you connected longer.

Pricing and special offers

The Oppo Pad 3 Matte Display Edition is available now in Singapore for S$799. Customers can purchase the tablet from telcos, major consumer electronics stores, and authorised retailers.

Buyers will receive a S$100 instant rebate, a Smart Keyboard (worth S$139), a Pencil 2 (worth S$119), and an extended 18-month warranty (worth S$69).

Those who buy directly from Oppo Concept Stores, the official Oppo website, or Oppo e-commerce flagship stores will also get an additional bonus: a 45W charger (worth S$39).
