The stunning photos captured with OPPO smartphones from around the world are a testament to OPPO’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of technological innovation.” She added, “With the notion we bring to Paris this year, ‘A perfect day is made of nothing but every extraordinary moment that makes you want to take a shot,’ we also hope to further elaborate on OPPO’s understanding of photography, and more importantly, present the beauty of life and cultural diversity.”

This year, OPPO’s imagine IF Photography Awards received over a million entries from 81 countries, bringing together a stunning array of creativity and cultural perspectives. After careful judging, OPPO selected 56 award-winning photographs to display at the Paris Photo event, celebrating the art of mobile photography and the diverse voices behind it.

The awards ceremony featured Norwegian Art Photographer and Hasselblad Master Tina Signesdottir Hult, a judge in the competition, along with representatives of the winning entries. Together, they shared insights into their creative journeys and the inspirations behind their works, giving audiences an exclusive look into the stories captured through their lenses. OPPO’s goal is to empower users to “Capture the Beauty of Life with Ease,” making it possible for life itself to be the star of these visual stories. Through this event, OPPO’s commitment to accessible, high-quality mobile photography came to life, honouring unique stories from around the globe.

Dear Life exhibition: An immersive storytelling experience

Under the theme “Dear Life,” OPPO curated an exhibition at Paris Photo that brought visitors on a heartfelt visual journey through four sections: Dear World, Dear Time, Dear Friend, and Dear Me. Each section celebrated the beauty of friendship, time, self-reflection, and the world itself, with all images captured on OPPO smartphones. The exhibition invited attendees to connect with the moments captured on film, fostering an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.

Complementing the exhibition, OPPO released its annual photography film, Dear Life, which explores nature’s magnificence, fleeting life moments, and the warmth of friendships. The film unifies the exhibition’s themes, taking viewers on an emotional journey of introspection and celebration of everyday beauty.

The theme for OPPO’s showcase, “Beyond the Image, Beyond Imagination,” illustrates OPPO’s belief that photography is more than capturing moments—it is a way to connect with human emotions, explore creative perspectives, and celebrate the richness of diverse lives. By inspiring users worldwide to capture life’s moments with OPPO smartphones, the brand encourages a fresh view of the world, celebrating creativity, diversity, and the beauty in everyday life.
