Nvidia has launched the GB200 NVL4, a powerful new platform designed for modern data centres and demanding computational workloads. This release marks a significant step in Nvidia’s strategy to refine its product offerings and cater to organisations needing robust, scalable solutions.
The introduction of the GB200 NVL4 comes as Nvidia reshapes its portfolio, moving away from older NVL platforms and focusing on cutting-edge options like the NVL4. Advanced hardware for demanding tasks
At the heart of the GB200 NVL4 are two Arm-based Grace CPUs, each featuring 72 Arm Neoverse V2 cores. Paired with four Blackwell GPUs, this configuration is tailor-made for AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and other data-intensive applications.
The platform also features six MCIO connectors beneath each CPU, ensuring fast PCIe connectivity for seamless data transfer.
