Microsoft unveils next-gen Surface laptops geared towards AI

Pre-order Microsoft's AI-centric Surface Laptop Studio 2 and Laptop Go 3 starting 19 October in Singapore, with exclusive perks and bonuses for early customers.

From 19 October, Microsoft’s latest Surface products, the Laptop Studio 2 and Laptop Go 3 will be available for pre-order in Singapore. Customers can place their orders through various authorised retailers like Best Denki, Courts, and Harvey Norman, as well as Microsoft’s online shops on Lazada and Shopee.

Special offers for early birds

If you pre-order the Laptop Studio 2 or the Laptop Go 3 between now and 8 November, you’re in for some exclusive perks. When ordering the Laptop Studio 2 from Microsoft’s retail partners, you’ll receive a complimentary Xbox Wireless Controller and Headset worth S$239.80. Alternatively, order directly from Microsoft to get a free Surface Slim Pen 2 , valued at S$210. 

If the Laptop Go 3 catches your eye, a pre-order through retail partners will bag you a pair of Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds worth S$199, or you can opt for a Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse worth S$64 if you order from Microsoft. To sweeten the deal, all consumer pre-orders include a one-month free Microsoft 365 and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Corporate clients haven’t been forgotten. Those pre-ordering the Laptop Studio 2 by 8 November will receive a Jabra Headset and a Surface Slim Pen 2, valued at S$239.80 in total. For the Laptop Go 3, business customers can expect a complimentary Surface Mobile Mouse worth S$64.

A leap forward with AI integration

Microsoft has been blazing trails in artificial intelligence, as evidenced by their recently launched Microsoft Copilot. This advanced AI assistant is designed to change how we interact with technology fundamentally. Integrated into 11, Microsoft 365, Edge, and Bing, Copilot offers a smooth, AI-driven experience across various applications and devices.

What’s inside the Laptop Studio 2 and Laptop Go 3?

The Laptop Studio 2 is a powerhouse featuring a vibrant 14.4-inch PixelSense Flow touchscreen and a high-definition, AI-enhanced studio camera. Under the hood, it runs on 13th Gen Intel Core H-class processors and offers up to 64GB of RAM and 1TB of . The graphics are top-notch, thanks to the latest NVIDIA GPUs, and the device offers up to 18 hours of battery life.

The Laptop Go 3 is more portable, weighing just under 1.13kg. It sports a 12.4-inch PixelSense touchscreen and is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor. With up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, it’s perfect for work and leisure activities.

Both devices come equipped with Microsoft’s suite of AI-powered tools, ensuring you have advanced capabilities at your fingertips for content creation and productivity.

Extra customer service at Harvey Norman

To make the customer experience even smoother, a Microsoft Concierge counter has been set up at the Harvey Norman location in Millenia Walk. Here, staff can assist with any Windows-related queries, from upgrades to Windows 11 to general troubleshooting.

Pre-orders for these state-of-the-art Surface devices kick off on 19 October through authorised retailers and Microsoft’s online outlets. They will also be generally available from 9 November 2023.
