LG introduces new PuriCare air purifier pet mode with clean booster to its line-up in Singapore

Pet owners can now breathe easy with cutting-edge air filtration technologies that delivers fresher and cleaner air at home

With the recent boom in the pet economy, appliances that keep homes cleaner and healthier have also seen a burgeoning demand. As a global leader in air care solutions, LG Electronics (LG) launches a state-of-the-art product โ€“ the LG PuriCare Air Purifier Pet Mode with Clean Booster in Singapore, adding to its existing line-up of PuriCare air purifiers.

Pet-friendly filtration capabilities

The LG PuriCare Air Purifier Pet Mode with Clean Booster offers pet owners much needed relief from poor indoor air conditions that can be caused by pet dander on top of environmental factors such as humidity, air pollution or inadequate ventilation. Unique to this model, it comes with a Photocatalytic Deodorization Filter to help eliminate unpleasant odours, including pet odours, up to 55 percent more effectively than the regular LG PuriCare 360ยฐ Air Purifiers. For enhanced coverage, the Pet Mode feature removes dust, stubborn strands of pet fur and hair floating in the air by delivering a coverage boost of up to 35 percent, alleviating allergies and respiratory symptoms to keep everyone safe.

Advanced filtration system for a healthier home

The latest LG PuriCare air purifiers are equipped with a multi-filtration system comprising of the Safe Plus Filter (HEPA) and Deodorization Filter to aid in eliminating bacteria, viruses, ultra-fine dust, allergens and harmful gases. The Safe Plus Filter is 99.9 percent anti-bacterial and anti-viral, and removes 99.999 percent of ultra-fine dust particles as small as 0.01 micrometres and allergens. This further adds to the impressive performance of its Deodorization Filter, which captures harmful gases lurking in the air such as odours, smog and chemicals. The LG Ionizer is another innovation being utilized to remove harmful airborne viruses and bacteria, by surrounding the substances with Ion clusters to form a chemical reaction that only produces water.

Boasting the brandโ€™s unique 360-degree air filtration system on top of three advanced filters and pet-friendly filtration capabilities, the PuriCare Air Purifier Pet Mode with Clean Booster is now even better at providing refreshed air throughout the entire home for both pet owners and their furry friends. Accompanied by a stylish and distinctive cylindrical shape, it purifies the air from all directions and delivers filtered air as far as 7.5 meters, and up to 24 percent faster using its Clean Booster feature, which rises from the top of the appliance and rotates in either left or right to eliminate blind spots and achieve comprehensive air coverage.

Maintenance of the air purifier is simple with a removable Safe Plus Pre-Filter and HEPA Filter that can be easily washed for enhanced sanitation and hygiene.

Keep the indoor air quality in check

The LG PuriCare Air Purifier Pet Mode with Clean Booster is equipped with a PM1.0 sensor and Gas sensor that accurately determines the air quality and detects fine particles smaller than one micrometre in diameter. The sensor performs real-time status checks to ensure it is operating following actual pollution levels and alerts users of the air quality in numbers and four coloured LED lights for ease of recognition via the Smart Indicator function.

For added convenience and accessibility, the LG ThinQ App also allows users to control their PuriCare device remotely. From turning it on and off to monitoring indoor air quality and changing device settings, controlling the LG device is simple with just a few clicks on the smartphone.

The LG PuriCare Single Air Purifier Pet Mode with Clean Booster comes in Silver and is priced at S$999. Limited quantities are exclusively available at official LG Lazada, LG Shopee and KrisShop from November 2021.
