FPT joins Sitecore as reseller partner to expand reach in Asia Pacific

FPT becomes a Sitecore reseller partner in Asia Pacific, expanding its role in delivering advanced digital solutions across the region.

FPT has officially become a Reseller Partner for Sitecore in selected Asia Pacific markets, marking a significant step in the technology companyโ€™s efforts to strengthen its presence in the region.

This appointment makes FPT one of the first companies selected under Sitecoreโ€™s new pilot reseller programme for Asia Pacific. The move reflects both companiesโ€™ shared focus on delivering advanced digital experience solutions and expanding their collaborative efforts across the region.

Under the partnership, Sitecore will provide comprehensive licence support for its key products, including Sitecore OrderCloud and XM Cloud. Both companies will also continue to promote ON.E, an AI-powered e-commerce accelerator developed by FPT and built on Sitecore OrderCloud. ON.E is designed to help retailers launch online stores faster, cutting time-to-market by more than 30% and reducing operational costs by up to 55%, while also improving development efficiency.

FPT to deliver tailored digital solutions across the region

As a Reseller Partner, FPT will leverage its industry expertise and local market knowledge to offer solutions that meet the specific needs of businesses across the region. By customising Sitecoreโ€™s technologies to fit the demands of different industries and countries, FPT aims to help businesses enhance their digital platforms and customer experiences.

FPTโ€™s Senior Vice President and Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer, David Nguyen Tran Hung, said the partnership builds on years of collaboration between the two companies.

“Over the past decade, FPT and Sitecore have collaborated to deliver advanced digital experience solutions to enterprises across diverse industries. As the digital commerce and experience landscape continues to evolve rapidly, we see significant opportunities to harness cutting-edge technologies such as AI and especially Generative AI to transform traditional software development, driving greater speed and efficiency. We look forward to expanding this partnership beyond the APAC region to provide enhanced solutions that address the evolving needs of global customers,” said David Nguyen.

Partnership builds on decade-long collaboration

FPT and Sitecore have worked closely together since 2015, forming a strong partnership that has focused on advancing digital commerce and customer engagement solutions. As Sitecoreโ€™s Platinum Partner in Asia Pacific, FPT has played a key role in delivering Sitecore-powered solutions to enterprises across multiple industries in the region.

Greg Bennett, Senior Vice President of Customer Value Realisation at Sitecore, welcomed the expanded relationship. “We are thrilled to welcome FPT as a Reseller Partner in select markets in the Asia Pacific region. With FPTโ€™s long-standing partnership and proven expertise in driving digital transformation at scale, we are excited to expand our collaboration. Together, we aim to deliver even greater value to businesses across the region,” said Bennett.

With businesses increasingly prioritising digital transformation, the expanded partnership between FPT and Sitecore is expected to help organisations in Asia Pacific accelerate their digital initiatives and respond more effectively to evolving customer needs.
