Exabeam strengthens AI-driven security operations with new LogRhythm intelligence

Exabeam introduces LogRhythm Intelligence, combining AI-driven security operations with enhanced detection, investigation, and response capabilities.

Exabeam, a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, has unveiled its latest quarterly product release following its merger with LogRhythm. This new release provides customers with greater flexibility, enabling them to choose security solutions best suited to their infrastructure, regulatory needs, and operational preferences. A key feature is the introduction of LogRhythm Intelligence, which combines Exabeam’s advanced AI capabilities with LogRhythm’s renowned self-hosted SIEM platform, enhancing threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR).

Steve Wilson, Chief Product Officer of Exabeam, commented: “Our goal is to empower security teams with AI that augments their skills, accelerates their workflows, and ultimately makes them more effective in protecting their organisations against increasingly sophisticated threats.” Wilson also emphasised Exabeam’s commitment to helping organisations stay ahead of evolving threats in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Continued commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction

Exabeam maintains a strong focus on its customers’ needs, as highlighted by the company’s 10th consecutive quarterly launch for LogRhythm SIEM and the 24th monthly release for the cloud-native Exabeam Security Operations Platform. Chris O’Malley, CEO of Exabeam, reiterated the company’s dedication to providing flexibility and choice. He said: “Whether customers prefer self-hosted, cloud-native, or hybrid solutions, we empower them to scale their security operations globally with the confidence and precision they deserve.”

Beyond product innovation, Exabeam offers world-class training, subscription services, and a robust partner network, helping customers achieve their critical security goals while continuously improving their security posture.

Earlier this year, Exabeam was recognised as a Leader for the fifth time in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). With its generative AI capabilities and predictable innovation cycles, Exabeam equips security teams with the tools they need to work more efficiently and effectively.

Enhancements to LogRhythm intelligence and platforms

The newly introduced LogRhythm Intelligence add-on integrates AI-powered behavioural detection into the LogRhythm Machine Data Intelligence (MDI) Fabric. This enhances the LogRhythm SIEM experience by escalating anomalous activities from users and hosts. With 795 behavioural models and 1,800 fact-based rules, analysts can create searches, dashboards, reports, and execute security orchestration with improved precision. These behavioural models help monitor normal and abnormal behaviours, reducing manual rule creation and cutting down on false positives.

Exabeam has also rolled out enhancements for both its cloud-native and self-hosted platforms. For its New-Scale Security Operations Platform, key improvements include streamlined log ingestion, enhanced dashboard visualisations through Exabeam , and expanded global support, including deployment in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Exabeam achieved AICPA SOC 2 Type II compliance, reinforcing its commitment to data security and privacy.

For the self-hosted LogRhythm SIEM Platform, improvements include better log source management and optimised analytics to meet the scale-on-demand needs of security operations centres (SOCs). The updates provide a 50% improvement in detection pipeline throughput, 87% faster log source loading, and up to 10 times faster pattern-matching rule processing.

Phil Swain, CISO of Extreme Networks, stated: “In the modern security landscape, the regular release of innovative products and AI tools ensures we have the necessary solutions to strengthen our defences and respond to threats with speed and accuracy. Exabeam is a key part of our security strategy.”

Strong support from partners and customers

Partners and customers alike have praised Exabeam’s solutions. Samet Uzun, Information Security Manager at iLab, expressed satisfaction with Exabeam’s ability to deliver sophisticated SIEM solutions aligned with their security goals. “This enhances our capacity to detect and respond to threats swiftly, allowing us to confidently support the digital transformation initiatives that are vital to Turkey’s future.”

Ryan Kalember, Chief Strategy Officer at Proofpoint, also commended Exabeam’s integrated security controls, which enable joint customers to tackle various risks, including advanced email attacks, data loss, and account compromise.

As Exabeam continues to innovate, its customers worldwide can rely on its comprehensive solutions to secure their organisations in an ever-evolving digital environment.
